After intensive work in 2010 (please see April 2010 news) also in 2011 we
were able to win
more orders for "Offshore Windpark" projects.
Our high quality and well prooven marine CCTV producs as well as our
experiance in CCTV systems for offshore windparks is a perfect combination to
work out and/or meet the specifications required by operator, designer, or
system integrator.
Our 36 month project "PITAS" (PIrate and
Terrorist Aversion System) is
working out flat....
PITAS is a joint projcet of maritime industry leaders (Raytheon, L3/ELAC
Nautic, Thales, Christian Albrecht University) to reduce the impact of piracy on
shipping. WISKA CCTV´s mainly part is illumination, camera
day & night detection as well as the image treatment for the process to
follow.
With a 4 week delay we were also able to present our first certificate for an
explosion proof camera.
The CH-EX260 is a flame proof enclosure ("d") IP68, -30°C, up to T6 Stainless
Steel camera with wiper.

May 2010 - WISKA CCTV goes Offshore
WISKA CCTV is just commissoning a CCTV System on the Offshore Windpark
"Baltic 1" which will be the first German Wind Offshore Park in the Baltic Sea.
Due to the robust design and technology the WISKA CCTV Product design is perfect
for the rough environmental conditions. Mid of 2009 we already delivered a
camera system for the first JACK UP VESSEL
"Wind-Lift I" for Messrs.
Bard.
April 2010 - WISKA CCTV provides a solution for High Risk Area
During the last weeks WISKA CCTV together with different German Shipowner
provides a CCTV solution based on demands out of several confrontations with
pirates. However we worked out a cost optimized system for a "On Deck Camera
Surveillance" which will enable the crew an safe and clear overview even under
Pirates attacks. On the other hand WISKA CCTV worked out a CCTV package for a
low energy battery powered solution.
